Tournament Recap

Mooresville Golf Club | Mooresville, NC

Mooresville Shootout

The Mooresville Shootout took place on April 2-3rd, 2022 and was our first Individual Stroke Play Event of the year. This individual contest was played over 36 holes and every division was an absolute nail-biter. With several notable Tour Members in the field, we were also pleased to welcome over 15 new guests who competed in their first ever Bag Tour event. Coming off our Season Opener at Verdict Ridge, Dalton & Shane Thompson are looking to be the first player to ever win back to back events on the Bag Tour. National points leader, Austin "Sauceton" Cureton is in the same boat, looking to become the first player to pick up wins in consecutive events on Tour. Another great story line is that of Big Country, who coming into this event, was undefeated in individual & stroke play events on Tour.
